Role Description This is a full time, on-site AI Full Stack Developer role based in Bengaluru. The developer will design, build, and maintain end-to-end web applications that power GetCrux’s AI-driven ad intelligence platform, collaborating closely with product, data, and marketing teams.

Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing scalable backend services and APIs, developing responsive and intuitive user interfaces, integrating machine learning models into production systems, and optimizing performance and reliability. The role also involves writing clean, maintainable code, setting up automated tests and CI/CD pipelines, participating in code reviews, and contributing to architectural decisions.



The developer will help translate complex AI outputs into usable insights for performance marketers, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust infrastructure.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications.
- Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, including designing RESTful APIs, handling data storage, and working with server-side frameworks and databases.
- Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with AI/ML integration in web products, such as working with model APIs, data pipelines, and performance optimization for AI-driven features.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, experience with version control (e.g., Git), and comfort working in an agile, fast-paced startup environment.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD practices will be beneficial.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions are important.
