Salary & Compensation

- Part-Time: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Full-Time: ₹25,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Compensation depends on the candidate's experience, assigned responsibilities, work performance, and output delivered. The advertised ranges include applicable performance-based variable compensation and are not guaranteed fixed salaries.

AI Scale Force is expanding its AI-powered business operations team and inviting applications from enthusiastic individuals who want to build a career in Artificial Intelligence and digital business services.

No coding knowledge or previous technical experience is required.

We are looking for individuals with good English communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the discipline to complete assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and operate AI-powered tools for everyday business tasks.
- Assist with AI automation, research, documentation, and digital operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and technical delivery partners.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and update task management systems.
- Support website, application, and digital marketing projects through non-coding activities.
- Attend online training sessions and team meetings.
- Complete assigned tasks within agreed deadlines.
- Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Eligibility Criteria

- Positive written and spoken English communication skills.
- Basic ability to use a smartphone,



computer, and the internet.
- No programming or coding experience necessary.
- No specific degree required for entry-level positions.
- Willingness to learn new AI tools and business processes.
- Responsible, disciplined, and comfortable working with a team.
- Applicants aged 18 and above are welcome. Candidates aged 15–17 may be considered only for legally permitted, non-hazardous roles with appropriate safeguards and permissions.

Working Hours

- Part-Time: Approximately 5 hours of effective work per working day, with a target of 100 hours per month.
- Full-Time: Hours and shift arrangements depend on the role, location, and applicable labour regulations.
- Day and night shifts may be available depending on operational requirements.
