We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Developer to design, build, and deploy AI-driven software features and applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between machine learning models and end-user software—integrating natural language processing (NLP), generative AI (LLMs), computer vision, and predictive models into reliable, production-ready application workflows.

Technical Skills

- Programming Languages: Advanced proficiency in Python (required); working knowledge of C++, Java, or TypeScript/JavaScript is a plus.
- AI/ML Frameworks: Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Keras, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Generative AI & Up-to-date Tooling: Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, retrieval frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, Chroma).
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience deploying solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Docker, Kubernetes, and RESTful APIs / gRPC.
- Data Management: Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases, data pipelines, and data handling libraries (Pandas, NumPy).

Key Responsibilities

- AI Architecture & Integration: Design, code, and deploy scalable APIs, microservices,



and client-side features that surface AI/ML capability directly into end-user products.
- Model Selection & Fine-Tuning: Evaluate, select, and integrate open-source or proprietary models (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, PyTorch, TensorFlow). Fine-tune pre-trained models on proprietary datasets as needed.
- Data Preprocessing & Engineering: Clean, prepare, embed, and structure datasets (structured and unstructured data) for model context, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and evaluation pipelines.
- Optimization & Performance: Benchmark and optimize AI features for latency, throughput, compute cost, and accuracy across production environments.
- MLOps & Pipeline Maintenance: Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version control (Git) for model deployments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, frontend/backend developers, and product managers to translate technical capabilities into user-centric features.
- Monitoring & Governance: Track model drift, accuracy degradation, rate limits, and safety guardrails to ensure responsible and reliable AI behavior.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
