Digit-us IT Solutions LLP is looking for a technically proficient and results-driven AI-Augmented Full Stack Developer with at least 3 years of professional software development experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in at least one major technology stack — PHP/Laravel, .NET, or MERN Stack — along with practical experience in frontend development, database management, API integrations, and production deployment.

Candidates must have hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms to improve development speed, code quality, debugging, and problem-solving.

We are looking for developers who can independently build, understand, debug, deploy, and maintain production-ready applications while taking full technical ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Independently handle frontend and backend development tasks.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Work with databases, including database design, queries, optimization, and data management.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools effectively to accelerate development and improve code quality.
- Review and validate AI-generated code, ensuring its correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Identify and resolve bugs, technical issues, and production errors.
- Manage application deployment, configuration, and maintenance in production environments.
- Follow version control practices using Git and maintain proper technical documentation.




- Collaborate with team members to estimate development effort, communicate progress, and deliver projects on time.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks from initial development through deployment and ongoing support.

Required Technical Skills Candidates should have solid working knowledge of at least one of the following technology stacks:

1. PHP / Laravel

- PHP and Laravel framework
- MySQL or other relational databases
- REST API development and integration
- Modern frontend technologies

2. .NET

- C# and .NET / ASP.NET Core
- SQL Server or other relational databases
- REST API development and integration
- Contemporary frontend technologies

3. MERN Stack

- MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- JavaScript and/or TypeScript
- REST API development and integration
- Modern frontend technologies
- Additional Technical Requirements
- Practical knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
- Experience with database design, queries, and optimization.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Understanding of application security, authentication, and authorization.
- Experience with production deployment, server configuration, and application maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance.




- AI-Assisted Development Skills
- Hands-on experience with one or more AI-assisted development tools is essential.
- Preferred tools include:
- Claude Code
- Cursor
- GitHub Copilot
- ChatGPT or similar AI-powered development tools
- Candidates must demonstrate the ability to:
- Use AI tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, testing, and problem-solving.
- Review, understand, test, and validate AI-generated code before implementation.
- Identify incorrect, insecure, or inefficient AI-generated solutions.
- Make sound technical decisions without depending entirely on AI-generated code.
- Use AI as a productivity tool while maintaining strong software engineering fundamentals.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in at least one of the specified technology stacks.
- Proven experience developing and maintaining real-world applications.
- Ability to independently develop, debug, deploy, and maintain applications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- A proactive attitude, accountability, and commitment to delivering quality software.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cloud platforms or VPS hosting.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
- Experience with automated testing and application performance optimization.
- Experience working on live projects with production users.
