Role & responsibilities

As our AI Automation Lead, you will design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows and agents that eliminate repetitive manual work across the group. You will act as the internal AI engine identifying automation opportunities, implementing solutions using no-code/low-code and code-first tools, and ensuring every department runs smarter.

This is a hands-on builder role. You will work closely with our education, marketing, finance, and operations teams to understand their pain points and turn them into automated workflows.

Responsibilities:

Workflow Automation & Integration

- Design and build automated workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make across all business units
- Integrate eBECAS (student management), Canvas LMS, MYOB, Twilio, SendGrid, and other existing tools via APIs and webhooks
- Build automated reporting pipelines pulling data from eBECAS and Canvas, generating reports in Excel/Word, and distributing to stakeholders automatically
- Connect Power BI to operational data sources for live dashboards

AI Agent Development

- Build and deploy AI agents using LangChain, CrewAI, or similar frameworks to handle recurring tasks autonomously
- Develop student monitoring agents that flag attendance issues,



compliance risks, or academic alerts using eBECAS API data
- Create AI-powered content agents for social media researching, drafting, and scheduling posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook for all business units
- Implement LLM-powered chatbots or assistants for internal use (e.g., HR policy queries, student enquiry handling)

Marketing & Social Media Automation

- Automate lead capture, CRM entry, and multi-step follow-up sequences across all businesses
- Build AI workflows for ad creative generation, campaign reporting, and audience segmentation
- Set up social media content pipelines that generate, schedule, and publish brand-aligned posts with minimal manual input

Operations & Compliance Automation

- Automate CRICOS/ESOS compliance reporting for the education businesses
- Create recurring financial summary automations connecting MYOB and eBECAS data
- Identify and document automation opportunities across all 5 businesses, prioritise by impact, and execute
- Maintain transparent documentation of all workflows, agents, and integrations so the team can scale
