We are looking for an Agronomist to join our team in Rajapur, near Ozar or Rayipatan. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience and a strong background in agronomy with excellent skills in field operations and production supervision.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct field visits to monitor crop health and provide technical assistance to farmers.
- Develop and implement effective pest management strategies to minimize losses.
- Collaborate with farmers to optimize crop yields through precision agriculture techniques.
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to farmers on best practices for sustainable agriculture.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop recent products and services that meet customer needs.
