Key Responsibilities

1. Agriculture &
- Farm Management

- Supervise day-to-day agricultural and farming activities.

- Plan and monitor cultivation, planting, harvesting and irrigation.

- Maintain fruit trees, vegetable gardens, plantations and other crops.

- Monitor soil health, manure, fertilizers and pest control.

- Ensure proper usage of agricultural equipment and machinery.

- Coordinate with agricultural labourers and farm workers.

1. House &
- Farmhouse Maintenance

- Supervise the overall maintenance of the farmhouse and surrounding areas.

- Monitor cleaning and upkeep of outdoor spaces, pathways and gardens.

- Ensure proper maintenance of lawns, plants, trees and landscaping.

- Monitor swimming pool surroundings, outdoor seating and recreational areas.

- Coordinate minor repairs, plumbing, electrical and civil maintenance with technicians.

1. Manpower Management

- Allocate daily duties to gardeners, farm workers and housekeeping staff.

- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and performance.

- Ensure discipline and proper execution of assigned responsibilities.

- Arrange additional manpower whenever required.

1. Irrigation &
- Utilities

- Monitor borewell, water tanks, pumps and irrigation systems.

- Ensure efficient water management for agricultural and gardening activities.





- Monitor electricity consumption and generator operations.

- Report any breakdowns or maintenance requirements immediately.

1. Procurement &
- Inventory

- Maintain stock of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, gardening tools and other materials.

- Coordinate procurement of agricultural and maintenance requirements.

- Maintain records of expenses, purchases and consumption.

- Ensure optimum utilization of materials and avoid wastage.

1. General Administration &
- Security

- Ensure the property is clean, safe and well maintained.

- Monitor security arrangements and visitor movement.

- Conduct regular inspections of the house, farm and surrounding areas.

- Submit daily activity reports to the management.

Required Qualifications &

- Experience

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in agriculture, farmhouse or estate management.

- Diploma / Degree in Agriculture or relevant practical experience preferred.

- Knowledge of gardening, landscaping, irrigation and plant maintenance.

- Experience in supervising agricultural labourers and maintenance staff.

- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general property maintenance.

- Good communication and manpower management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
