DRAIPL is embarking on an exciting new journey with its Real Estate Division, with an upcoming luxury development at Mahalaxmi, Mumbai.

As we expand our Architecture and Design team, we are looking for an accomplished Interior Design Qualified with 13 to 18 years of experience and a strong portfolio of luxury residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead interior design conceptualization, development and execution for luxury real estate projects.

Drive design excellence, aesthetics, material selection and premium finishing standards.

Collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.

Review and approve material specifications,



shop drawings, mock-ups and design proposals.

Oversee site execution, quality control and finishing works.

Manage project timelines, budgets, vendors and design deliverables.

Lead design teams and ensure seamless coordination and timely project delivery. Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design.

13 to 18 years of relevant experience, with mandatory exposure to real estate luxury projects.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent design sensibility, project management and stakeholder management skills.
