Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategies to grow the agency channel, increasing revenue through new business development and cross-selling opportunities.

- Manage a team of agents, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Build solid relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams to drive growth and improve overall performance.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 2-7 years of experience in life insurance industry or related field (agency development).

- Proven track record of success in developing new business opportunities through effective relationship-building skills.

- Strong understanding of APC (Agency Channel) operations and ability to develop strategies for growth within this channel.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
