Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India (MBRDI), headquartered in Bengaluru with a satellite office in Pune, is the largest R&D; center for Mercedes-Benz Group AG outside of Germany. Key Responsibilities: •Research and analysis of Engineering data (3D CAD)•Develop digital repair & maintenance methods•Evaluate & develop repair concepts in EC (independently or via DVR)•Document repair methods in the database•Develop thorough understanding of the various carlines & engine types in MBC•Co-ordinate with different departments for updates on the above•Contribute to continuous improvement in the specified working area•Research and analysis of Daimler AW-System based on MTM-Systematic•(Optional) Planning of the AW-System for new car-models in DC-Repa (Daimler AW-Tool)•(Optional) Derive Standard Times via MTM-Systematic (AW: repair time for workshops)

Qualifikationen





•Min 1-3 years’ experience in the field of After Sales/technical documentation/ simulation/publication•Good knowledge on automotive components/systems and its functioning is must•Experience in repairs & maintenance of cars would be useful•Experience in 3D CAD data analysis is a must•Experience in any Engineering Change Management system•Knowledge in computer programming & German language are added advantages•(Added advantage) Knowhow of the key aftersales processes in the MB workshops is desired (e.g.: what does an MB-Technician need?)
