The Advertising Sales
Manager will negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting current business, nurturing existing relationships, monitoring market trends, and regularly reporting on sales performance and revenue targets. The role also requires maintaining high standards of customer service and contributing to strategies that enhance sales growth in the advertising and media space.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Media Sales and Advertising Sales skills, with proven experience in selling media or digital advertising solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation,
and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and handling client inquiries professionally.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess foundational Marketing knowledge, with the ability to understand client marketing objectives and recommend suitable advertising strategies.
- Relevant experience in the Digital, Advertising, or Media industry is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a target-driven environment, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools are preferred.
