Job Summary

We are urgently hiring a dynamic, empathetic, and goal-oriented Admission Officer to join our growth team. In this role, you will be the face of Scholars Mate for aspiring students and their parents. Your primary focus will be managing the admission funnel transforming potential inquiries and student leads into successful enrollments through consultative counseling and structured follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Academic Counselling: Conduct detailed counseling sessions with parents and students, understanding their academic goals and guiding them on how Scholar s Mate programs build their future.

- Lead Management & Conversion: Take ownership of online and offline student leads, executing structured tele-calling campaigns to nurture interest and invite families for campus visits.

- Admissions Pipeline: Manage the end-to-end enrollment process, from handling initial inquiries and documenting student profiles to processing admission formalities.

- Community Outreach: Assist with on-campus diagnostic tests, educational seminars,



and local school outreach programs within the Bhagalpur region to build solid community relationships.

- Performance Tracking: Maintain daily, error-free logs of student interactions, application statuses, and conversion metrics against monthly enrollment targets.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 1 3 years of experience in student counseling, academic coordination, educational sales, or general customer-facing roles (Freshers with exceptional interpersonal skills are welcome).
