Manage daily administrative activities and ensure the smooth functioning of the institute.

Handle student enquiries professionally and convert potential leads into admissions.

Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp messages, and other communication channels.

Maintain accurate records of admissions, student details, fee payments, and pending dues.

Manage student attendance, batch schedules, feedback, and other student-related activities.

Support marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and student engagement initiatives.

Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and submit daily work reports to management.

Coordinate with trainers, counsellors, and other team members to achieve institute targets.

Take initiative, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to increasing admissions and student retention.

Maintain punctuality, discipline, professional behaviour, confidentiality, and compliance with institute policies.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6.0 per week
