Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role :

Lakhera Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and people-oriented individuals to join our growing Education Vertical as Admission Counsellors.

Your role will be to guide students regarding agriculture-related courses, answer their queries, and help them throughout the admission process.

Freshers are welcome to apply! Candidates with 6 months of relevant experience will also be considered for the experienced candidate salary slab, based on their skills and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Counsel students regarding agriculture-related courses and career opportunities.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and admission procedures.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Understand students’ requirements and provide appropriate course guidance.
- Address queries professionally and ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admission status.
- Coordinate with the internal team to facilitate the admission process.
- Work towards assigned admission and follow-up targets.

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 6 months of relevant experience will also be considered and salry will be offered accordingly.




- Good verbal communication in HINDI language and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, positive, and student-friendly personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and email.
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to explain information clearly.
- Previous experience in counselling, sales, education, or admissions will be an advantage.
