Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team at Vidyamandir Classes, Mohali. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents regarding academic programmes, handling admission enquiries, generating leads, and converting prospective students into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding JEE, NEET, Foundation and other academic programmes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to prospective students and parents.
- Generate leads through telecalling, follow-ups, school visits, and marketing activities.
- Explain course structures, fee details, scholarships, and admission procedures.
- Convert interested enquiries into successful admissions.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain strong relationships with parents.
- Organise and participate in school activities,



seminars, educational fairs, and promotional events.
- Maintain daily lead records, counselling reports, and admission MIS.
- Achieve monthly admission and lead conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and counselling abilities.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Ability to handle parents' queries professionally.
- Target-oriented mindset and positive attitude.
- Prior experience in the education/coaching industry will be an advantage.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in admission counselling, educational sales, or customer relationship management preferred.

Salary Negotiable, based on experience and skills.
