Job Summary

Core Institute Technologies is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive approach to student engagement, and the ability to convert prospective student enquiries into successful admissions.

You will play an important role in guiding students towards suitable career-oriented courses, understanding their educational goals, and helping them make informed decisions about their professional future.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student and parent enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and direct interactions.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, career interests, and professional goals to recommend suitable courses.
- Provide clear and accurate information about course details, duration, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Follow up consistently with prospective students and maintain strong engagement throughout the admission process.
- Convert enquiries and prospective leads into confirmed admissions through effective counselling and communication.
- Maintain and update enquiry records, follow-up details, and admission databases.




- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve assigned admission targets while maintaining a professional and student-friendly approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and counselling abilities.
- Good follow-up and lead management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to achieve performance goals.
- Fluency in Malayalam and a working knowledge of English.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in admission counselling, telecalling, customer service, or sales will have an added advantage.
