About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and their parents in choosing the right academic programs and to successfully convert inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents on courses, career pathways, and admission procedures
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed admissions

*Explain fee structures, scholarships, and eligibility criteria clearly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and enrolments

Key Skills Required

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi




- Convincing Ability: Ability to present programs effectively and address concerns with confidence
- Negotiation: Skilled in handling objections and closing admissions professionally
- Persuasion: Robust ability to influence decisions and motivate prospects to enrol

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline

- 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
