Job Title: Admission Counsellor

WeShine Academy is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counsellors to guide students in selecting suitable competitive exam coaching programs. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, convincing abilities, and a passion for student counselling and admissions.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from student enquiries.
- Explain courses, fees, batch schedules, and admission procedures.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain student enquiry records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Coordinate with faculty and academic teams.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve student queries.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Any undergraduate degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telecalling, or admission counselling preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.




- Good verbal communication in Tamil and basic English.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
