We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365 and Windows Server administration. The candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise identity infrastructure, email services, server operations, security and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), including forests, domains, FSMO roles, Group Policy, OUs, Domain Controllers and replication.
- Manage DNS, DHCP, authentication and troubleshoot Kerberos, NTLM and LDAP-related issues.
- Administer Microsoft Exchange (On-premises/Hybrid) and Exchange Online, including mailboxes, mail flow, connectors, routing and migrations.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, shared mailboxes, retention policies and access management.
- Administer Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025, including patching, upgrades, monitoring, performance troubleshooting and security hardening.
- Implement identity security controls such as MFA, RBAC, Conditional Access and least-privilege access.
- Manage email security, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, phishing/spoofing protection and email gateway solutions.




- Work with email security solutions such as Trend Micro Advanced Security, Vision One and Cloud & Email Collaboration Protection.
- Perform infrastructure health checks, incident management, backup, restoration and disaster recovery support.
- Use PowerShell scripting to automate user provisioning, mailbox administration, reporting and routine administrative activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, access reviews and compliance requirements.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Solid hands-on experience in Active Directory and Group Policy administration.
- Advanced knowledge of AD DS, FSMO roles, DNS, replication and authentication troubleshooting.
- Experience in Exchange Server / Exchange Online administration.
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and hybrid email environments.
- Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
- PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Knowledge of email security protocols: SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

Good to Have

- Trend Micro Advanced Security / Vision One.
- Microsoft Azure / Entra ID.
- Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions.
- ITIL / ITSM tools and ISO 27001 compliance exposure.
- Microsoft certifications in Windows Server or Microsoft 365.

Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
