Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support the finance department. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, practical experience in Tally and GST-related work, and valuable organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
- Prepare and manage sales and purchase invoices.
- Handle GST data preparation, reconciliation and documentation.
- Assist with GST returns and TDS-related activities.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and vendor payments.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with internal teams,



vendors and clients for accounting-related matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in trading, manufacturing or import-export companies will be preferred.
- Knowledge of GST reconciliation and banking transactions will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
