Hiring Senior Management

Position: Accounts Manager

Experience: 10- 15 Years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory

Salary Budget: Up to 65 LPA

Industry Preference: Manufacturing experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee the complete accounting and finance functions of the organisation.
2. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable.
3. Ensure timely preparation and finalisation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
4. Manage GST, TDS, income tax and other statutory compliances.
5. Handle internal audits, statutory audits and tax audits.
6. Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts and cash flow statements.
7. Develop and monitor MIS reports, financial analysis and management dashboards.
8. Oversee costing, inventory valuation and cost control.
9. Monitor working capital, cash management and banking operations.
10. Establish strong internal financial controls and accounting processes.
11. Manage and guide the accounts and finance team.
12. Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants and statutory authorities.

Identify financial risks and recommend cost optimisation measures.
14. Ensure accuracy, transparency and compliance in all financial transactions.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory.
- 1015 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Manufacturing industry experience – mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, GST and statutory compliance.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, costing and MIS.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience handling complete finance and accounts operations independently.

Employment Stability
- Prefer candidates with at least 3 years of tenure with each organisation.
- Frequent job changes should be flagged and investigated.
- Candidates with shorter tenures should be evaluated based on valid reasons for leaving.
- Preference for candidates demonstrating long-term career stability.
