1. Storekeeping & Inventory Management

- Material Receiving & Inspection: Check incoming site deliveries (cement, steel, aggregates, bricks, tools, and safety gear) against Purchase Orders (POs) and delivery challans for correct quantity and quality.
- Documentation & Entry: Prepare and update Material Received Reports (MRR / GRN), stock registers, and daily stock-in/stock-out logs.
- Storage & Organization: Properly stack, label, and store materials in the site yard or store room to prevent damage, theft, or weather deterioration.
- Material Issuing: Issue materials to contractors, engineers, or site supervisors strictly against authorized Material Issue Slips (MIS).
- Stock Audits & Reconciliations: Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with ledger/computer records to track consumption and minimize waste.
- Reorder Tracking: Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with the main office to raise Materials Purchase Requests (MPR) before shortages delay construction work.

2. Site Accounting & Financial Duties

- Petty Cash Management:



Maintain the site petty cash book, record daily small expenses, collect bills/vouchers, and submit periodic reconciliations to the main finance department.
- Site Bookkeeping & Vouchers: Prepare basic accounting vouchers, maintenance ledgers, and site expense summaries as per company formats.
- Vendor & Billing Support: Assist with local site purchases, verify supplier invoices, and ensure compliance with local tax guidelines such as GST billing.
- Reporting: Prepare periodic material consumption reports, stock statements, and financial summaries for the Project In-Charge or Head Office Accountants.

1. Key Requirements & Skills

- Education: B.Com or Commerce graduate
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in tally/accounting software, MS Excel, and digital inventory/store management tools including Tally.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction materials, site terminology, and warehouse safety rules.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
