- Motilal Agrawal - ICWA - 20+ years of Operations & Finance

We have a very lean business team in Gurgaon which currently has 5 people. Roles & Responsibilities

- Automation of Accounting Processes (using AI)
- GST & MCA Compliance - GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B data preparation, APOB Addition, Export Refunds
- Billing & Accounting - Supply chain, Cashflows, Accounting,



Invoicing etc.
- Global Export Compliances - Compliance while launching to a current country - Clearance, Tax, Rebates etc.
- Margin improvement across the business by cost reduction & optimizations
- Organic & Food Safety compliance

Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in Startups - Accounting & GST
- Tech Savvy and hands on with AI tools
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, 1mg, Tata Cliq, etc.)
- Any degree :). The most important is a hunger to learn and grow! (This role is not for Chartered Accountant)
- Should be really good at Excel
