Job Summary:

RRC Academy is looking for an experienced and passionate Physics Faculty to teach Class 11 and 12 CBSE students. The candidate should have solid subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills and the ability to prepare students for CBSE Board Examinations and competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach Physics for Class 12 CBSE students.

- Explain complex Physics concepts in a simple and understandable manner.

- Cover the complete CBSE Physics syllabus within the academic schedule.

- Prepare lesson plans, notes, assignments and practice question papers.

- Conduct regular tests, assessments and revision sessions.

- Train students in numerical problem-solving and application-based questions.

- Prepare students for CBSE Board Examinations.

- Monitor student performance and provide individual academic support.

- Clarify students' doubts and conduct additional doubt-clearing sessions.





- Maintain students' academic records and progress reports.

Educational Qualification:

- M.Sc. Physics / M.Sc.

Applied

Physics preferred.

- B.Ed. qualification preferred.

- Strong knowledge of the CBSE Class 11 & 12 Physics syllabus.

Experience:

- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience preferred.

- Experience handling Class 12 CBSE Board students is an advantage.

- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and teaching skills may also apply.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

- Strong conceptual knowledge of Physics.

- Ability to explain numerical problems and derivations.

- Effective student mentoring and doubt-clearing skills.

- Passion for teaching and student development.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
