Key Responsibilities

- Develop transmission line models using PLS-CADD

- Line routing, profiling and structure spotting

- Perform sag-tension and conductor clearance assessments

- Prepare plan and profile drawings

- Work with survey and terrain data

- Support conductor, earthwire and OPGW design

- Prepare design reports and engineering documentation

- Coordinate with transmission, structural, civil and survey teams

- Support design reviews and construction-related technical queries

Skills & ExperienceEssential:

- Hands-on PLS-CADD experience

- Experience in overhead transmission line design

- Knowledge of structure spotting, sag-tension and clearances

- Understanding of towers, conductors, insulators and line hardware

- Good AutoCAD skills

- Positive written and spoken English

Desirable:

- PLS-POLE

- TOWER

- OPGW design

- EHV transmission line project experience

- Australian or international transmission project experience
