1. Job Responsibilities:

 Carry out routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of water supply, plumbing, and drainage systems.

 Attend plumbing complaints, leaks, blockages, and breakdowns and resolve them within the required timeline.

 Inspect and maintain water pipelines, valves, taps, faucets, flush tanks, sanitary fixtures, and bathroom fittings.

 Identify and repair leakage in concealed and exposed pipelines, joints, and fittings, escalating major issues when required.

 Maintain and troubleshoot pumps, motors, pressure systems, and water transfer arrangements within the assigned scope.

 Monitor water tanks, sumps, overhead tanks, and water levels; report abnormal conditions or suspected leakage.

 Support maintenance of drainage lines, floor traps, manholes, and sewage lines; coordinate specialized cleaning when needed.

 Assist with operation and maintenance of STP, WTP, and water treatment equipment as trained and assigned.

 Carry out preventive maintenance as per the approved schedule and maintain checklists and service records.

 Use plumbing tools and equipment safely and maintain them in good working condition.

 Report recurring faults, material requirements, and major repairs to the supervisor.





 Coordinate with the engineering team and support day-to-day facility operations.

2. Required Skills :

 Practical knowledge of plumbing tools, pipe fittings, valves, and sanitary fixtures.

 Ability to identify and rectify leaks, blockages, low water pressure, and drainage issues.

 Basic understanding of water supply, drainage, pumps, and plumbing drawings is preferred.

 Ability to perform preventive maintenance and maintain basic service records.

 Knowledge of workplace safety, PPE, and safe handling of tools and materials.

 Good communication, punctuality, teamwork, and willingness to work in shifts or attend emergencies, if required.

3. Candidate Requirements :

 Relevant plumbing trade qualification or demonstrated hands-on plumbing experience.

 1–3 years of experience in residential communities, commercial buildings, facility management, or similar environments preferred.

 Ability to safely perform routine plumbing repairs and maintenance.

 Responsible, service-oriented, and able to work as part of an engineering team.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
