About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Political Social Media Manager who has solid knowledge of social media management and hands-on experience working on political campaigns and projects.

The candidate should understand the political landscape, social media trends, digital communication, and campaign management, with the ability to plan and execute social media activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Plan, develop, and execute social media strategies for political campaigns and projects.
- Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaign creatives.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and other team members.
- Develop monthly and weekly content calendars.
- Monitor social media trends, political developments, and relevant conversations.
- Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, and other key metrics.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports.
- Ensure consistent brand communication and messaging across platforms.
- Handle multiple political projects and manage campaign timelines effectively.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management.
- Must have hands-on experience working on political campaigns or political projects.
- Strong understanding of political communication and digital campaigning.
- Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Experience in content planning, campaign execution, and social media strategy.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of social media management and scheduling tools.

Preferred Candidate
- Someone who has previously worked with political parties, political leaders, election campaigns, political consultancies, or campaign management agencies.
- A candidate who understands the complete process of planning and executing digital campaigns.
- Someone with practical project experience rather than just theoretical social media knowledge.

Compensation Salary: Up to ₹4,00,000 per annum (₹4 LPA)
