Role & responsibilities

Understand the portfolios current initiatives and client stakeholder priorities.

Create activation, engagement and retention frameworks, identifying target groups based on products and customer segments.

Support campaign design and delivery, including list generation, communication mix and channel attribution.

Monitor campaign effectiveness and establish feedback loops with stakeholders.

Drive offers communication through optimized messaging and channel mix.

Design campaigns, support execution and oversee performance.

Establish review and monitoring frameworks before, during and after campaigns.

Manage project deliverables within quality and budget expectations.

Structure project documents using data insights and client inputs.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors/postgraduate qualification in marketing.

5–7 years relevant experience in marketing campaigns and/or credit/debit card portfolio or campaign management.

Robust critical thinking and problem-solving.

Strong stakeholder management, project management and collaboration.

Strong presentation and communication skills.
