Position Overview The Portfolio Leader will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery and execution of key accounts within the Manufacturing & Industrial business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivery Management: Manage complex delivery engagements across varied service and solution offerings. Ensure successful, timely delivery while meeting SLAs, and implement process improvements to de-risk delivery operations.
- Customer Success & Thought Leadership: Manage senior stakeholder and CXO relationships, drive customer success, and maintain high CSAT/NPS scores. Lead the customer innovation agenda using AI-first digital engineering solutions and act as a domain advisor in Manufacturing and Industrial Automation.
- P&L; Management: Oversee P&L; management, profitability, and margin optimization. Drive delivery-led growth, expand revenue, and diversify workloads/capabilities across multi-year partnerships with key accounts.




- Team Leadership & Talent Development: Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams of 200+ professionals. Drive talent upskilling, mentor next-gen leaders, and foster strong organizational culture to support scaling.

What's Required:

- 15+ years of experience delivering data-driven technology solutions and products.
- Proven experience managing large teams (200+) and revenue portfolios of $15Mn+.
- Extensive experience working with enterprise customers in the Manufacturing & Industrial sectors.
- Strong background in leading cross-functional teams and designing/executing solutions for complex business problems.
- Robust expertise in Data, application modernization, TMT, Fixed Price engagements for large programs.
