Position Details
- Role: Junior Phone Banking Associate / Officer Inbound Voice Process
- Location: Coimbatore
- Job Profile: Handle inbound customer calls, resolve queries, provide accurate
information, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Shift: Rotational (Day/Night)
- Working Days: 6 days a week
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any graduate (2024/2025/2026 pass-outs preferred)
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills in English, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi and Tamil
- Basic computer proficiency
