About the Role

We are hiring a PostgreSQL Administrator

- Locations: Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Pune
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Experience: 6 to 8 years
- Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days

Exp - 6 - 8 years Shift mode - Regular ( 11 am to 8 pm)

Administer, monitor, and maintain Oracle databases in on-premises environments.

Perform database health checks, backup/recovery validation, capacity planning, and performance tuning.





Analyze existing Oracle database architectures and dependencies.

Review and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, and functions.

Assess Oracle databases for migration readiness.

Perform schema conversion, data type mapping, and compatibility assessments.

Migrate Oracle databases to Azure Database for PostgreSQL.

Convert Oracle PL/SQL objects to PostgreSQL-compatible code.

Validate migrated databases for performance, functionality, and data consistency.

Support migration cutover planning and execution with minimal downtime.
