Total Experience And Relevant Experience Hands-on experience in Power BI, Advanced Excel, VBA/Macros, and process automation development.

Experience in process transformation, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.

Skills – Mandatory Power BI and dashboard/report development, Advanced Excel, VBA, and Macros, Automation development, coding, and process optimization, Exposure to RPA/Bot implementations and automation tools, Process Transformation and Continuous Improvement.

Candidate Industry Preferred: Insurance, Finance, BPO, KPO, GBS, GCC, GSS, or Captive Shared Services.

Candidates with experience supporting Finance or Insurance operations/projects will be preferred.

Education and Certification

Qualification Mandatory: Graduation in a relevant discipline, subject to client requirements.

Good to Have: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Certification Good to Have: Certifications in Power BI, RPA/Automation, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Process Excellence.

Detailed Role Overview:

The role focuses on process transformation, automation development, reporting, and continuous improvement, with an emphasis on leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance process effectiveness. The candidate should have solid hands-on expertise in Power BI, Advanced Excel, VBA/Macros, and automation tools,



along with exposure to RPA/Bot implementations and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities Process Automation and Development

Identify, assess, and implement opportunities to automate repetitive and manual business processes.

Develop and maintain automation solutions using VBA, Excel Macros, scripting, coding, and relevant automation tools.

Support RPA/Bot implementation initiatives and contribute to automation design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process simplification.

Reporting and Data Analytics

Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and performance trackers.

Use Advanced Excel, formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and VBA/Macros to automate reporting activities.

Analyze operational data to identify trends, process inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and timely delivery of business insights.

Process Transformation and Continuous Improvement

Participate in process transformation initiatives aimed at improving productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

Evaluate opportunities to implement AI-enabled solutions and other technology-driven improvements.





Support SAP-related implementations and integration of relevant business systems.

Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement principles to optimize workflows.

Track the effectiveness of implemented solutions through measurable outcomes, such as reduced processing time, improved accuracy, and cost savings.

Finance and Insurance Operations Support

Support transformation and automation projects within Finance and/or Insurance operations.

Understand business workflows, operational requirements, and process-specific challenges.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate operational requirements into practical automation solutions.

Ensure solutions align with business objectives, process controls, and operational requirements.

Stakeholder Management and Documentation

Work with business users, operations teams, technology teams, and project stakeholders to understand requirements.

Document existing and proposed processes, automation requirements, test scenarios, and implementation outcomes.

Support user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and post-implementation monitoring.

Track project progress and communicate risks, dependencies, and improvement outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
