Translog International Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with at least 2 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities, invoicing, accounts receivable, payment follow-ups, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle email correspondence and communicate with clients and vendors professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and issue customer invoices using Zoho Books and Wafeq.

- Prepare and share Statements of Accounts (SOA) with clients and maintain regular payment follow-ups through emails and phone calls.

- Track outstanding receivables and update payment receipts in the accounting software.

- Verify and reconcile Proof of Delivery (POD) documents against invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Prepare trip reports detailing vehicle movements and shipment activities.

- Enter and maintain vendor bills and purchase invoices in the accounting system.

- Verify supporting documents and ensure compliance with internal procedures and invoicing requirements.

- Prepare debit notes and credit notes wherever applicable.





- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely updating of financial transactions.

- Coordinate with internal operations teams, clients, and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment-related issues.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.

- Practical knowledge of invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliation.

- Working knowledge of Zoho Books and Wafeq is preferred.

- Good English communication skills, with the ability to draft skilled emails and communicate confidently over the phone.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding companies will be an added advantage.

- Experience handling client accounts, outstanding payments, and vendor reconciliations.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
