Position: Accountant
Location: Jaipur
Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (Final offer will depend on interview performance and experience.)
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, including daily transactions, invoices, and expense reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and client collections.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Handle GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and relevant departments for financial matters.
- Monitor company expenses and assist in budgeting and financial planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience in accounting or finance will be preferred.
