Staybo is growing, and we're looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team in Pune!

About Staybo

Staybo is a hospitality and travel management company based in Pune, supporting corporate clients and production houses across India. We specialise in hotel accommodation and hospitality solutions, managing requirements across 18+ states, from budget stays to premium luxury hotels.

We work with leading production houses and entertainment companies, delivering seamless accommodation management and hospitality support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting, accounts payable and receivable.

Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.

Prepare financial statements, reports and budgets.

Perform bank reconciliations and maintain expense records.

Manage invoicing, payment tracking and vendor accounts.

Assist with audits, documentation and financial compliance.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting,



Finance or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.

Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and accounting software.

Understanding of GST, TDS and Indian taxation.

Robust attention to detail and organisational skills.

Ability to manage accounts independently and meet deadlines.
