Seven Oaks Pet Hospital is looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting and statutory compliance. The role requires strong bookkeeping skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently while coordinating with management and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers and reconciliations.

- Handle GST and TDS compliance, return preparation and filing in coordination with consultants.

- Reconcile bank accounts, cash transactions, vendor balances and payments.

- Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports for management.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and cash-flow planning.

- Manage vendor accounts, review payment terms and schedule payments.

- Coordinate payroll processing and statutory deductions.

- Assist with audits, respond to queries and maintain supporting documentation.





- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors degree in Commerce or Accounting; B.Com preferred.

- 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.

- Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting software and MS Excel.

- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping and financial reporting.

- Strong organisational skills, accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines.

- Experience in healthcare, veterinary services or other service industries is an added advantage.
