Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, handle GST and TDS compliance, and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Handle sales, purchase, and journal entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and ledger reconciliations.
- Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, and related compliance activities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly reports.
- Manage vendor payments, customer receipts, and outstanding payments.
- Maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and other financial documents.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers,



and internal departments regarding accounting matters.
- Assist with audits and ensure proper maintenance of accounting records.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting activities and compliance with applicable financial regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience in manufacturing, infrastructure, or a related industry will be an advantage.
- Must be detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling accounting activities independently.
