Job Title - Accountant(Morning Shift)

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & International Accounting

- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance for Australian clients.
- Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), verifying bills, invoices, and expense claims.
- Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations across multi-currency accounts.
- Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, balance sheet schedules, and year-end working papers.
- Maintain clean audit trails and accurate data entry within cloud accounting software.

Compliance Management

- Support the preparation, documentation, and filing of periodic statutory returns and tax compliance schedules.
- Assist with financial year-end working papers, statutory audits, and regulatory reviews.
- Ensure all records adhere strictly to relevant international reporting standards and compliance guidelines.
- Coordinate with onshore teams and senior stakeholders to resolve compliance and ledger queries.

Qualifications & Experience





- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- CA / CS Intern.
- 0–1 year of relevant bookkeeping experience; exposure to global accounting processes is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of international accounting principles, accruals, and statutory compliance workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud accounting platforms such as Xero, QuickBooks Online, or Zoho Books.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for skilled global stakeholder interaction.
- Exceptional attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and strict commitment to client data confidentiality.

Work Schedule

- Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Mode: Work from Office

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
