Core Responsibilities:

- Financial Data Management: Record daily financial transactions, manage accounts payable/receivable, and execute monthly bank reconciliations.

- Reporting &
- Analysis:

Prepare accurate Balance Sheets, Profit &
- Loss (P&L;) statements, and expense variance reports.

- Statutory Compliance: Manage regional tax obligations including GST filing, TDS deduction, and corporate tax returns.

- Budgeting &

- Forecasting:

Assist in preparing annual budget forecasts and monitoring cash flow metrics.

- Audit &

- Collaboration:

Coordinate internal and external audit processes while acting as the core liaison for banks, vendors, and tax authorities.

Technical Skills &

- Tool Proficiency:

- Accounting Software: Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime.

- Data Analysis: Mastery of advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, financial modeling, and formulas).

- Regulatory Frameworks: In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), or local accounting legislations.
