Afra Engineers is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with strong knowledge of Tally accounting software to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting transactions using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.

- Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable.

- Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements.

- Handle GST-related activities, including data preparation and filing support.

- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, and financial records.

- Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and other departments.

- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and suppliers.





- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.

- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.

- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools.

- Valuable communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in company accounts and financial management.

- Knowledge of inventory accounting.

- Accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
