Job Overview

AiVRSE Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Executive – Sales to drive business growth in the Salesforce ecosystem.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating business opportunities, building client relationships, and acquiring projects for our Salesforce services, including both in-house development projects and outsourcing/staff augmentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Indeed, cold calling, email outreach, and other channels.
- Find potential clients looking for Salesforce development, consulting, implementation, customization, and support services.
- Generate leads for Salesforce outsourcing and staff augmentation requirements.
- Connect with decision-makers, business owners, HR managers, IT managers, and project managers.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts,



and business terms with clients.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful business deals.
- Maintain lead pipelines, sales reports, and CRM records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.

Required Skills
- Experience in B2B Sales, IT Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Understanding of IT services and software development business models.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its ecosystem is preferred.
- Ability to generate leads independently through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling.
- Experience in handling international clients and working with overseas markets is an advantage.
- Strong follow-up, relationship-building, and deal-closing abilities.
