Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and organised Social Media Account Manager to manage multiple social media accounts across different brands. The candidate will handle content planning, publishing, community engagement and performance tracking while maintaining each brands identity.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple brand accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute content strategies and separate monthly content calendars for each brand.
- Write engaging captions, post descriptions and campaign copy tailored to each audience.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to create posts, reels, stories and videos.
- Schedule and publish content consistently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Monitor comments, messages and enquiries, and coordinate responses with internal teams.
- Plan, execute and optimise paid social media campaigns within approved budgets.
- Track account-wise reach, engagement, follower growth, leads and conversions.
- Prepare performance reports with practical recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on platform trends and identify relevant opportunities for each brand.





Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience managing multiple business or brand social media accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent English communication, copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Robust understanding of content strategy, audience engagement and brand positioning.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, scheduling tools and analytics.
- Ability to interpret campaign results and improve content performance.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and ownership of deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing tools is an added advantage.
