Wild Flower Digital is a digital-first, strategy-driven agency in Hyderabad. We build brands for early-stage businesses through branding, websites, social media, Meta and Google Ads, SEO and packaging, and we make all of it work together.

We’re looking for an Account Manager who can own Instagram for a portfolio of clients, end to end: the strategy, the calendar, the script, the shoot, the client call and the monthly numbers. If you love being on set as much as you love a good content calendar, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

✅ Client onboarding: kick off new accounts, set up handles, access and workflows, and get the first month live fast

✅ Instagram strategy: define content pillars, plan monthly calendars and pitch campaign ideas that fit each brand’s goals

✅ Scripts and briefs: write and approve reel scripts and carousel headers, and brief copywriters, designers and editors clearly

✅ Shoots: plan production end to end, source models, props and locations, be on set and direct execution

✅ Client relationships: be the main point of contact, run reviews and keep approvals moving

✅ SEO and ads alignment: work with our SEO and performance ads team so organic and paid push the same message

✅ Reporting: build monthly performance reports and turn the numbers into next month’s plan

✅ Team leadership: lead a pod of designers, copywriters and editors, review work and mentor junior team members

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 2 to 3 years of account management experience at an agency or in-house brand team
- A portfolio of Instagram work you have owned, including content, scripts and results
- Hands-on shoot experience, from pre-production to on-set direction
- Strong scriptwriting and a sharp eye for what makes a reel or carousel work
- Working knowledge of how SEO and Meta/Google Ads fit alongside organic content
- Confident, explicit client communication and the ability to lead a small team
- Comfortable with Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights and Google Sheets
- Based in Hyderabad and happy to travel locally for shoots

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience across more than one industry, especially clinics, F&B; or real estate
- Basic editing or design skills (CapCut, Canva, Lightroom)
- A personal or side account you’ve grown on Instagram
