Role: Account Manager

Location: Chennai

Working Hours: Day Shift – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Discussion / Evaluation Pointers

- Understand the number of positions managed per month – approximately 30–40 positions/month.
- Assess the type and level of stakeholders managed,



ensuring the experience is not restricted to Procurement stakeholders.
- Check whether the candidate has direct interaction with business stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Understand the candidate’s end-to-end account management responsibilities, including relationship management, delivery, escalations, and business growth.
- Assess the average profit margins the candidate has worked with/managed across accounts.
- Understand the annual revenue/book of business managed by the candidate.
- Evaluate the candidate’s commercial acumen, particularly around revenue, margins, account profitability, and business growth.
- Assess experience in client relationship management and account expansion, including upselling/cross-selling opportunities where applicable.
- Validate the candidate’s ability to manage multiple accounts/requirements simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality and stakeholder relationships.
