Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team at a commodity trading company in Navi Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, GST and TDS compliance, import-export transactions, and transport documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including ledger maintenance, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.
- Handle GST compliance, including GST returns, input tax credit reconciliation, and related documentation.
- Handle accounting and documentation related to import-export transactions.
- Maintain and verify invoices, purchase orders, bills, and other financial documents.
- Manage transport and logistics-related documentation.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, and internal departments for accounting-related matters.




- Ensure accuracy of financial records and timely completion of statutory compliances. - Assist in preparing financial statements and MIS reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience in GST and TDS compliance.
- Experience in import-export accounting and documentation.
- Knowledge of transport and logistics documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
