Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to oversee day-to-day accounting functions, maintain accurate financial records, handle accounts payable and receivable, and support monthly/quarterly tax and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Bookkeeping &
- Day-to-Day Accounting:

Maintain daily transaction records, ledger entries, and expense voucher preparations.

- Accounts Payable &

- Receivable:

Raise customer invoices, follow up on client payments, verify vendor bills, and process payments.

- Bank &

- Account Reconciliations:

Perform regular bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and vendor/client ledger reconciliations.

- Statutory Compliance: Assist in preparing and filing monthly/quarterly GST returns, TDS calculations, and issuing TDS certificates.

- Petty Cash &

- Expense Management:

Manage branch petty cash,



verify expense vouchers, and track financial documentation.

- Reporting: Prepare periodic financial summaries, aging reports, and assist management or external auditors during reviews.

Required Qualifications &

- Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com) or Accounting/Finance.

- Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in corporate accounting or an accounting firm.

- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in accounting software like Tally Prime / ERP.

- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data reconciliation).

- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic corporate taxation rules.

- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, integrity, and good verbal/written communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
