Divine Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team!

Location: Olpad, Surat, Gujarat

Experience: 3–5 Years

Software Knowledge: Tally ERP / Tally Prime

Industry Preference: Engineering / Manufacturing / Fabrication Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Handle purchase, sales, journal, payment and receipt entries in Tally.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank, ledger and vendor reconciliations.
- Handle GST-related accounting entries and support GST returns.
- Maintain invoices, vouchers and other financial records.
- Assist in monthly closing, reporting and other accounting activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for accounting-related matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Hands-on experience in Tally ERP / Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation and basic accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: Candidates having prior experience in the Engineering, Manufacturing, Heavy Fabrication or Industrial Projects industry will be given preference. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
