Designation: Accounts Executive (Banking/Payment)

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Salary: 25,000 30,000 per month (Depends on Experience)

Job Responsibilities

- Manage daily payment processing, verification, and bank reconciliation.
- Handle vendor payments and ensure timely payment processing.
- Manage TDS deductions, verification, and related compliance.
- Process employee salary payments and Full & Final (F&F;) settlements.
- Handle statutory and compliance-related payments.
- Verify invoices, payment requests, supporting documents, and approvals.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent qualification).
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Banking, or Payment Processing.
- Practical knowledge of TDS,



GST, banking procedures, and payment operations.
- Experience in bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Preference: Candidates with relevant experience in banking, payment processing, and compliance will be preferred.
