Accounts Executive

Department: Finance & Accounts.

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling vendor and customer accounts, supporting statutory compliance, and assisting in financial reporting and reconciliation activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and process purchase, sales, payment, and journal entries in ERP/Tally.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation regularly.
- Manage vendor payments, customer follow-ups, and expense tracking.
- Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Support monthly closing and preparation of MIS reports.




- Coordinate with internal departments for invoice verification and payment processing.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Assist during internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Hands-on experience in Tally ERP / SAP / ERP systems.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Robust analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in manufacturing industry accounting processes preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
