Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Leader in the retail banking domain who possesses a robust blend of technical and business acumen. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of Account Delivery Management and a proven ability to manage P&L; effectively.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects within the retail banking sector,
ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
- Oversee the P&L; for assigned accounts, driving profitability and cost management initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients,
internal teams, and external partners.
- Implement best practices in Account Delivery Management to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Facilitate regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
- Lead and mentor project teams,
fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze market trends and client needs to identify opportunities for service enhancement and business growth.
- Prepare and present reports on project performance, financial metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Account Delivery Management.
- Proven ability to manage P&L; and drive financial performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the retail banking domain, including industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives in the banking sector.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in project management or delivery management are a plus.
